The Foundry Blend holds through milk and still tastes like something as a straight shot. Most bars run it as the house espresso and rotate a single origin on filter.

Restaurants

Dinner service needs a coffee that ends the meal well. Slate, our dark roast, was built for the after-dessert cup.

Is there a minimum?

No. Shipping is free over $40 and you can change your volume any cycle.

How fresh does it arrive?

We roast Thursday and ship Friday. Most orders land two to four days off roast.

Can we taste it first?

Come to a Saturday cupping at 10 am. The ticket price comes off any bag you take home.
